Villa Alporchinhos I is a 4 bedroom villa with a large private pool, spacious garden and sea views from the first floor. The villa is located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and supermarket, so it’s a perfect villa for a great holiday.

Right from the entree is a bedroom with two single beds (1,00 x 1,90m), right next to this is a bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet and bidet. Second bedroom with two single beds (1,00 x 1,90m), large ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, doubel sink, toilet and bidet. Living room with dining table for 6, corner sofas, TV and sliding doors open to the terrace. Fire place.
Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and freezer / fridge. Sliding doors to outside bbq area.
Games room with pool biljart, outside is a table tennis. Seperate room with washing machine.
Upstairs:
Bedroom with two single beds (1,00 x 1,90m), right next to this is a bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet and bidet. Bedroom with double bed (1,50 x 1,90) and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, doubel sink, toilet and bidet.
In the hallway is a sliding door to the terrace on the first floor.

Outside: Lovley kidney shaped private pool with terrace and a spacious lawn. The terrace has a dining table with chairs and
sunloungers. Barbecue. Private parking.
